Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University, Department of International Relations
This thesis examines the evolution of Russia-NATO relations from 2014 to 2022 within the framework of New Cold War discourse. Through a comprehensive analysis of diplomatic interactions, security policies, and institutional responses, the research explores how historical patterns of East-West confrontation have been reinterpreted and recontextualized in contemporary international relations. The study contributes to understanding the dynamics of collective security systems and the challenges facing cooperative security frameworks in an era of renewed geopolitical competition.
